Is there a monthly fee?+
No. Tap24 is entirely one-time payment — no subscriptions, ever. The Solo plan is free forever, and the Business upgrade is a single $15 charge.
Do I need a new NFC card if I upgrade to Business?+
No — the Business upgrade applies to your existing profile and account. No new card needed.
How does Tap24's pricing compare to other platforms?+
Most digital business card platforms charge $5–$10 per user per month. Tap24 offers a free Solo plan and a one-time $15 Business upgrade — no subscriptions, no recurring fees.
How much do the NFC cards cost?+
Hardware is sold separately in the shop: Base card $10 (NFC-only), Partial Custom $15, Full Custom $20, keychain $10, and table tent $15. Partial and Full Custom cards include a printed QR code on the card. Your digital profile can still be shared via link even without a physical card.
What's included in the Business upgrade?+
Everything in Solo, plus team member cards (multiple profiles under one account), a leads inbox, lead capture form block, full analytics, and shared team branding.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Business later?+

Does the Base card include a QR code?+
No. The $10 Base card is NFC-only. Partial Custom ($15) and Full Custom ($20) cards include a printed QR code on the card as backup for phones without NFC.
